This biennial is an international, juried exhibition. All of the artworks in the show are no larger than four square inches. (Yes! Magnifying glasses are available to viewers.)

The 14th Biennial International Print Exhibition is in the Grace Ross Shanley Gallery at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking. The 19th century stone carriage house also hosts workshops, courses and artists’ studios in its extensive printmaking facilities in Mathews Park, Norwalk, Connecticut.

I had been thinking the pieces were 4 by 4 but now I realize the challenge was half that. Your piece as it appears on my laptop is twice its actual size!
Seeing this exhibition in person would be fun. (I imagine viewers darting in and out, to see detail then check overall impact, looking like bees visiting flowers.
Good image – it’s true. Viewers leaning in and out….peering closely, and backing away. SO much good work, and VERY reasonably priced: a one-stop Chrisstmas shop venue.
